How and why they should buy Saab? It seems a poor choice - Fiat is not known for reliability, go to the cube of its parts would cause future problems for the brand (at least GM is the average). Geeley wants to make Chinese cars saab technology so as the safety standards in the world to be fair. The bank has problems of scale.
