Always freezing food for my son in Ice Cube Trays. I do not think kitchen has everything you long after I one days to cook every week or two and frozen. I have 5 diced vegetables into small pockets snap closure, if you have a variety of different combinations available for them in the freezer. Although it is so simple and easy to create and store bought food!

I crushed them all in Ice Cube trays and then dinner with a combination of 3 vegetable soup, or otherwise:
Potato
batata
Carrot
Pumpkin
Cauliflower
Pass
Broccoli
Zucchini
Peas
Parsnips
Spinach
Tomatoes
Chickpeas

and fruit, as far as I have tried pot:
Apple
Pear
Raspberry

I do not know how I'm going bananas in the freezer, but as it requires no cooking is very easy to get mashed bananas in the Act. Also fresh kiwi puree for my son. We have not reached the stone fruit season, but can not wait but until we do!

If you want to startto do so, beef or chicken stew with potatoes, sweet potatoes and carrots. I mashed together and freeze in small containers, but it also works well in Ice Cube Trays.

Have fun with it!

All of them!

If you really want, mashed bananas do not make the first one. Peel and cut into pieces approximately (1 1 / 2 "to 2'') and immediately freeze in a bowl and transfer bags Ziptop. Zap in the microwave for 20 seconds, it gets soft and easy to Mashable, where a Little Brown. He works for the lawyers too!

Other than I can, mix and look like this:
Carrots, sweet potatoes (her favorite), green beans, peas, spaghetti squash, broccoli.

Peaches, pears, apples, mangoes, purchased in many parts of the prune puree 1 tsp.

Examples of mixtures: sweet potatoes, broccoli, carrots, peas, carrots, zucchini ...
Apple, pear, peach and mango ...

I have it first for my daughter. I froze peaches, pears, apples, bananas, squash, sweet potatoes, regular potatoes, green beans, peas, meat, as chicken, turkey and beef, if it came a little more. They were all in order. I Peel, boil, if necessary, but bananas must be crushed and mixed. Then spoon in Ice Cube trays, and put them in a freezer bag, and they were good for a month. I always forward, but. I am within 2 weeks. I have to cook one day a week when she was quiet and not too busy.
