I have tons of clothes and a small apt I put all my clothes in garbage bags on one side room.what do I do now - small garbage bags

My clothes in all sizes. I know I have to remove some, but where to start. My closets are packed too. Where do I start, I also have MS, so I have to do it slowly. Help.
